Ability to go with a non-binding estimate...

After calling a few places and sending out some emails, we chose Move Us due to the ability to go with a non-binding estimate for our storage unit as we were unable to get a detailed inventory prior. We had a two day pickup window schedule the following week and the move was confirmed the day prior. They held our items free-of-charge in their warehouse in Nashville for about two weeks before and the items were delivered within the window. I still had to wait for them, but was well aware of this prior. My only complaint was that most of the dispatch office is closed on the weekend, so I had to wait a couple of days in order for the delivery window to begin. Friendly staff, great experience, and reasonably priced.​
