Industries: The top five agricultural products that Massachusetts produces are greenhouse products, nursery products, cranberries, dairy products, sweet corn and apples. The state is a nationwide leader in the manufacturing of computer and electronic products. The manufacturing of communication equipment and automation control devices, fabricated metal products, and chemical products such as pharmaceuticals are also a major contributor to the state’s income.
